Measure: Increase the proportion of persons with a diagnosis of inherited bleeding disorders who complete high school education or a General Education or Equivalency Diploma (GED) by 25 years of age.

Calculation:
Numerator: The number of patients 18- <25 years of age who have completed 12th grade of GED or Equivalent (including those with some college, associate's degree, 4-year college degree or advanced degree).

Denominator: The number of patients 18- <25 years of age

2015 Conclusion: The proportion of persons who completed 12th grade of GED or Equivalent has remained relatively the same between 2014 baseline and most recent year 2015 at 85.4% and 83.7% respectively.
